SAHARA TEA™ ...

was created in 2005 because of our passion for tea. Wherever we travelled: India, Africa, England, Spain, the Far East; each one of these cultures had one common elixir: tea. The varieties, the scents and flavours were so evocative that we wanted to share that tea elixir with others by creating SAHARA TEA™, an exotic collection of aromatic and flavourful teas that evoke your senses while taking you on a journey to faraway places from your cup. It's truly A JOURNEY IN EVERY CUP®.

We offer the best of the very best teas by selecting only the freshest, most aromatic and flavourful ingredients. Our blends are masterfully crafted with quality ingredients such as fruits, flowers, herbs, spices, pure essential oils, or natural flavour essences with no added preservatives. All of our suppliers are globally sourced and follow the highest standards of quality assurance and certifications.  

Our company brings 80 years of combined experience and believes in teamwork to succeed. Our blends were created by an experienced Pharmacist, Herbalist, Ayurvedic Practitioner and Tea Master. Our Senior management brings corporate marketing, sales and finance experience and our Operational team ensures the highest assurance of quality for our products. The depth and breadth of our expertise applied to our brand is what differentiates us from our competition.

About the Owner 

I made my first Chai recipe at the age of eight and gained a reputation for making the best authentic Indian tea in my hometown. I created my own recipe with a blend of spices and a tried and true brewing technique. Over the years, it became my signature drink when family, friends and guests came over. No one ever hesitated to ask me to make my wonderful tea.

That tea experience of creating my special blend, brewing the tea to a perfect colour, smelling the wonderful scents of spices, and tasting the tea as if was freshly made in India brought enjoyment to me and to the people I served my tea to. It really was a simple pleasure enjoyed by all. Such a pleasure that I took that passion to heart and created a brand called SAHARA TEA™. I believe in our teas and willing to stake my reputation on them. I hope you'll give them a try. I know you'll love them as much as I do.
